RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will gladly accept any unworn, unused, unwashed product with original tags within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We will only exchange if any product your received is not what is shown in the pictures or has manufacturing fault, broken or scratched, only at the time of purchase. Original box and all accessories should be returned as well.
Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
Exchange Voucher of the item’s invoice value will be given to the customer asking for an exchange. Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
Refund requests will be processed within 3 days after receiving the return products.
